Application of DC Resistivity Adaptive Inversion in Karst Exploration:A Case Study of the Limestone Area in Hechi,Guangxi
To enhance the detection efficiency of high-density DC resistivity in karst areas,an adaptive inversion algorithm based on unstructured triangular grids has been developed. This algorithm is capable of simulating geoe-lectric models under any complex terrain.Additionally,an optimization technique for adaptive adjustment of in-version grids based on model sensitivity has been designed. This approach achieves fine characterization of anoma-lous bodies and improves the reliability of inversion results. The results of model examples and field data inversion demonstrate that the adaptive inversion algorithm is computationally stable and has strong capabilities in identifying karst anomalies, better delineating anomalies, and providing more advantageous support for the interpretation of high-density direct current resistivity in karst regions.
