摘要

采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱分析仪对不锈钢粉尘的矿相进行分析,研究铁浴法还原不锈钢粉尘回收镍铬的效果,及铁浴条件下温度、配碳量、反应时间对不锈钢粉尘还原的影响.结果表明:粉尘表面铁、镍、铬、锌含量与粉尘颗粒大小无关;不同尺寸的不锈钢粉尘对铁、镍、铬、锌元素不存在选择性吸附规律;影响镍铬回收率的3个因素中,配碳量最为显著,其余依次是反应时间和铁浴温度;回收镍铬实验的最优化方案为铁浴温度1 610℃,配碳量(质量分数)20%,反应时间40 min,其镍铬回收率分别可达87.9%和83.5%.

Abstract

The mineral phase of stainless steel dust was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X ray energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS),the effect of iron bath reduction nickel-chromium stainless steel dust recycling was studied,and the influence of iron bath temperature,carbon content and reaction time on reduction rate of stainless steel dust were studied.The results show that the number of iron,nickel,chromium and zinc content on surface of the dust are independent of the size of the dust particle;There are no selective adsorption law among various sizes of stainless steel dust on iron,nickel,chromium,zinc does not exist;The carbon content is the most obvious one among three factors,then the reaction time,iron bath temperature;The most optimal solution of the nickel-chromium recovery experiment is iron bath temperature of 1 610 ℃,carbon content of 20% (mass fraction) and reaction time of 40 min,the recovery rate of chromium and nickel can be up to 87.9% and 83.5%.
