摘要
20世纪初莫高窟遗书的发现,开启了以变文为中心的敦煌佛教通俗文学研究热潮,并直接影响到文学界将其他佛教文学现象也纳入研究视野,王国维、郑振铎、胡适、周绍良等皆为代表。80年代以后,受海外启示,国内史学、哲学、宗教学等领域特别是文学界的隋唐五代佛教文学研究方兴未艾,成就辉煌,在项楚、孙昌武、陈允吉等老一辈学者的引领下,大批中青年学者相继涌现。有关研究的跨学科性非常鲜明,研究角度更趋丰富,研究成果日渐精确,规范性和创新性都不断加强。目前,亟须系统总结和学习上述成果;而以后的研究,当更深挖文学现象的佛教根源,具备大文化视野,且关注佛教界本身的文学现象,从而重写隋唐五代佛教文学史。
Abstract
The research upsurge of Buddhist literature about the Sui,Tang,and the five dynasties,which opened up owing to the finding of Dunhuang manuscripts at the opening of the last century,has been prolonged by now,and has achieved notable results.This paper has reviewed and summarized the study at home and abroad up till now,and puts forward some new thoughts for writing the history of Buddhist literature in these dynasties.
