Ecological Ethical Interpretation of Community of Life for Human and Nature—An Ethical Critique of the Ecological Crisis of Capitalism
The concept of"humans and nature in a shared life community"is an important proposition of Marxist ecological ethics.Under the control of the logic of capital in modern society,it is difficult for man and nature to form a truly stable life community, and human society is facing an increasingly severe ecological cri-sis and survival crisis.Although contemporary Western green movements provide different critical approaches to address ecological problems,it has failed because those movements they have limited by the constraints of cap-ital logic and failed to fundamentally touch the ethical foundation of the"paradox of life community"between humans and nature.Xi Jinping's proposed the ecological value concept of"community of life for human and nature"contains three layers of implications:harmony coexistence between man and nature, harmony between humans, and harmony between humans and society.Starting from the three dimensions of"ethical founda-tion","ethical discourse"and"ethical goal",this concept provides new theories, new thinking and new methods to transcend anthropocentric and ecocentrism values and open up a new path for ecological civilization construction in the new era.
