A Study of Principles Analysis and Governance Optimization on Public Opinion Intelligence—Based on the Perspective of Political Economy of Communication
In the era of big data,the integration of artificial intelligence technology has provided an op-portunity for the intelligent transformation of public opinion.As a novel reform in traditional public opinion su-pervision,intelligent public opinion has a strong technological empowerment effect,and it realizes a precise,in-depth governance,emotional interaction,and effectiveness enhancement by combining with the needs of the national ideological governance.However,artificial intelligence technology is a"double-edged sword",the intelligence of public opinion has triggered risks such as the expansion of digital power,detachment of val-ue expression,and fabrication of opinion interactions to some extent.The reasons for those risks are as follows:the domination of the public opinion intelligence media by the digitization of communication media,the disci-pline of digital communication capitalization on the result of public opinion intelligence,and the deconstruction of public opinion intelligence subject by the diversification of discourse subjects have intensified the generation of political risks from different levels.As given,there is a need to attempt to establish a standardized approach to the governance of intelligent public opinion,which should emphasize the adaptability of intelligent public o-pinion governance technology from one-way supply to comprehensive and in-depth development.It should also realize the transition of intelligent public opinion governance capital management ability from capital operation to government-enterprise cooperation and complete the construction of intelligent public opinion governance co-construction and share pattern from independent subject to subject collaboration,thereby providing an effec-tive way to improve the intelligent public opinion governance in China.
