Realistic Implications of the New Development Pattern of"Dual Circulation"for the Development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area—Based on the Perspective of Spatial Circulation
The core of the new development pattern of"double cycle"lies in the efficient operation of do-mestic and foreign production, distribution, circulation and consumption of national economic links, while countries are in the same space,so the process of realizing the"double cycle"can be regarded as a circulation of resources in space to eventually achieve a higher spatial balance. The process of realizing the"double cy-cle"is a process in which resources are circulated in space to achieve balanced development in higher space. In view of this, this paper adds a spatial cycle perspective to the existing research on"double cycle"in order to give it a more solid theoretical foundation.Through the theoretical analysis of the combination of spatial eco-nomics and national economic cycle,we find that the process of realizing the"double cycle"is that firstly, the key location brings about resource concentration and spatial association;then, through specialization and di-versification,the local supply and demand are both upgraded in quantity and quality to promote further devel-opment of the local economy, and at the same time, spatial association drives the development of other regions.development.The excellent location of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and the Greater Bay Area, which is connected to both inside and outside, and its huge market scale are well suited to meet the requirements of building a new development pattern of"double cycle".In the future, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should continue to become an important support for the realization of the new development pattern of"double cycle"by giving full play to the local market effect, strengthening scientific and technologi-cal innovation to ensure the safety of the industrial chain, and insisting on high-quality and multi-dimensional opening to the outside world.
