Inevitability and Feedback Effects of Digital Labor in the Era of Digital Economy
As a product of the digital economy era,digital labor not only has its own logic inevitability but also exerting unprecedented speed and depth of influence on traditional social life and economic growth patterns.Starting from the specific connotation of digital labor and clarifying the process of realizing its value,this study analyzes its inevitability and feasibility in the era of digital economy.It also explores the macro-level feedback effects on promoting high-quality economic development,the meso level effects on facilitating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the micro-level effects on stimulating the vitality of the market entities.Furthermore,from the perspectives of different stakeholders such as the government,en-terprises,labor unions and digital workers,this study proposes the development direction of digital labor to re-veal its nature and align it with new stages of economic and social development.
