China-style modernization is an important component of world modernization.It follows the general laws of modernization process of human society and embodies the common characteristics of world mod-ernization.China-style modernization possesses the fundamental prerequisites for advancing and realizing glob-al modernization,namely,establishing itself on the foundation of national independence and the liberation of the people.It contains the core elements of the global modernization,such as industrialization,urbanization and rule of law,as its driving forces.Furthermore,China-style modernization reflects the progress of technolo-gy and the popularization of education in the process of the global modernization,with the modernization of people as its soul.Exploring the common features of the world modernization embedded in China-style mod-ernization will help us adhere to the Marxist materialistic dialectic and promote the theory and practice of China-style modernization with the view of universal connection and development.
