The Fourfold Logic of the Communist Party of China upholding the Primacy of the People
Upholding the primacy of the people is the fundamental stance and direction of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in leading China-style modernization.This can be elaborated from four dimensions:theoretical logic,historical logic,political logic and practical logic.From the perspective of theoretical logic,it originates from the the mass historical perspecctive of Marxism and the views of held by successive collective leadership.From a historical logic standpoint,the idea of putting people first is embedded in the historical process of the CPC uniting and leading the Chinese people to continuous exploration China-style moderniza-tion,representing valuable experiences from over a century of struggle by the CPC.In terms of political logic,putting people as a priority is a vivid interpretation of the original mission,a key to ensuring long-term govern-ance,and a manifestation of a correct view of political achievements.From the angle of practical logic,only by upholding the comprehensive leadership of the Party and implementing the Party's mass line to all aspects of promoting the construction of a strong socialist modernized nation,and by comprehensively advancing whole-process people's democracy and achieving common prosperity,can the concept of putting people first be trans-formed into a powerful practical force for serving the people and gathering the tremendous strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
