生态文明与共同富裕是中国式现代化的两个本质性特征,两者的历史性际遇促使它们必须协同推进,这就需要构建绿色生产体系、生态正义的分配体系和绿色消费体系.构建绿色生产体系是发展新质生产力的重要驱动力,关键在于绿色转型三大产业,发展乡村生态产业,创新能源、技术与设备,发展绿色金融行业和激活生态交易市场等.构建生态正义的分配体系有助于实现发展的公平正义,核心在于正确处理城乡、区际、人际、代际与种际的生态资源分配关系.构建绿色消费体系是促进经济社会良性循环的主导因素,需要不断弘扬理性消费文化、厚植绿色消费观念、供给新质消费产品和完善绿色消费政策.
Abstract
Ecological civilization and common prosperity represent two essential characteristics of China's path to modernization,and their historical fate necessitates their coordinated advancement,requiring the estab-lishment of a green production system,an ecological justice distribution system,and a green consumption sys-tem.Building a green production system is a key driver for developing new productive forces,focusing on the green transformation of three major industries,rural ecological industry development,innovation in energy,technology and equipment,fostering the the green finance industry,and activating ecological trading markets.Establishing an ecological justice distribution system contributes to achieving fair development,emphasizing the proper handling of ecological resource distribution relationships between urban and rural areas,regions,individuals,generations,and species.Constructing a green consumption system is a vital factor in promoting a virtuous cycle of economy and society,necessitating the continual promotion of a rational consumption culture,fostering green consumption concepts,providing new quality consumer products,and refining green consump-tion policies.
