纪律教育是邓小平在推进党的建设中十分重视的一项工作.在为何开展纪律教育的问题上,邓小平从党的建设、党的领导、党的事业的高度指出了纪律教育的重要性.在开展何种纪律教育的问题上,邓小平从纪律与理想、法律、自由、群众工作关系的角度引导广大党员干部正确认识党的各项纪律规定,加强纪律自觉、遵纪守法、维护党的团结统一、践行群众路线.在如何开展纪律教育的问题上,邓小平重视通过思想政治教育工作、党章党规学习、严格执纪、发挥领导干部表率作用等方面将党的纪律转化为党员干部的内在行为准则.邓小平党的纪律教育思想内容丰富,对于全党开展的党纪学习教育,以及推动今后党的纪律教育工作的发展都具有重要的启示.
Abstract
Discipline education was a task that Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to in promoting party building.On the question of why discipline education should be carried out,Deng Xiaoping pointed out the importance of discipline education from the high plane of party building,party leadership,and party cause.On the question of what kind of discipline education to carry out,Deng Xiaoping guided party members and cadres to correctly understand the party's various discipline regulations from the angle of the relationship between discipline and ideals,law,freedom,and mass work.On the question of how to carry out discipline education,Deng Xiaoping attached importance to transforming party discipline into an internal code of conduct through ideological and political education,study of the party constitution and rules,strict enforcement of discipline,and giving play to the exemplary role of leading cadres.Deng Xiaoping's thought on discipline edu-cation is rich in content,and it has important enlightenment for the whole party to carry out party discipline study and education,as well as for the development of the party's discipline education work in the future.
