Economic Law Readjustment for Building a Unified Large Market
Standing at a new historical starting point,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council put forward the construction of a"double cycle"new development pattern,and the construction of a national unified large market is the basic support and internal requirements for the construction of a new development pattern.The relationship between the government and the market,macro-control,market regulation,fair com-petition and market supervision and other core issues in the process of building a unified large market are high-ly coupled with the economic rule of law.From a practical point of view,the construction of a national unified large market faces the problems of economic rule of law unification,local protectionism,local market supervi-sion,factor market allocation and business environment improvement,and the solution of these problems re-quires the intervention of economic rule of law.Based on the analysis of the current problems,the author puts forward five countermeasures:first,strictly implement the Party's policies and policies and ensure the uniform application of laws and regulations;second,improve the existing legislative arrangements and establish law en-forcement authority to break the administrative monopoly;third,promote the modernization of the market su-pervision system and supervision capacity to promote the improvement of supervision efficiency.Fourth,pro-mote the scientific,standardized and law-based market allocation of factors of production;fifth,strive to cre-ate a fair,transparent,predictable and law-based business environment.
