摘要
在永甜7号甜瓜开花的当天,分别用有效成分用量0(清水, CK)、2、4、6和8 mg /kg 的0.1%噻苯隆可溶性液剂进行浸瓜胎处理,研究了药剂不同施用浓度对甜瓜坐瓜率、裂瓜率、产量和品质的影响,并筛选出了用于甜瓜浸瓜胎的噻苯隆适宜施用浓度。结果表明:用0.1%噻苯隆浸瓜胎对甜瓜生长安全,其适宜浸瓜胎的施用浓度为6 mg /kg。该浓度处理下,甜瓜虽然有少量裂瓜(裂瓜率1.72%),但坐瓜率、单瓜重和产量明显提高,3项指标值分别为96.67%、447.80 g 和6490.32 kg /hm2;且品质得到有效改善,虽然 VC 含量显著降低,但可溶性固形物含量明显提高且达到最大值(9.15%),可滴定酸含量(0.082%)明显降低,可溶性糖含量(63.429 mg /g)也有所增加。
Abstract
Soak the embryo of muskmelon using 0.1% thidiazuron soluble liquid agent with the amount of effective component of 0 (clear water, CK), 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg /kg on the bloom day of Yongtian No.7, the effects of different concentrations of thidiazuron on fruit-setting rate, fruit-cracking rate, yield and quality of muskmelon were researched to select the appropriate concentration of thidiazuron.The results showed that muskmelon growth security soaked by 0.1% thidiazuron and the appropriate concentration was 6 mg /kg.In the concentration, although fruit-cracking rate was 1.72%, the fruit-setting rate, single fruit weight and yield were all significantly increased than CK, they were 96.67%, 447.80 g and 6 490.32 kg /hm2 , respectively, and the quality of muskmelon was improved, although the VC content decreased significantly, the soluble solids content was significantly increased and reached the highest ( 9.15%), the titratable acid content ( 0.082%) was significantly decreased, and the soluble sugar content (63.429 mg /g) was also increased.
