摘要
利用2000-2022年香菇产业专利数据,对香菇产业专利技术发展趋势、专利技术主题、专利申请人构成及排名、国内各省市专利申请量等情况进行专利分析.结果表明:2000-2022年全球香菇产业专利申请数量呈"缓慢降低期(2000-2006年)—稳定快速增长期(2007-2015年)—稳定期(2016-2018年)—直线下降期(2019-2022年)"趋势;目前全球香菇产业专利申请主要集中在栽种和加工领域,育种、菌渣利用领域相对较少;香菇专利TOP10的机构中,以国内机构为主;贵州省香菇产业专利申请数量居我国第9位,食用菌产业进入我国香菇产业第一梯队.提出加强香菇菌种繁育差异化发展关键技术、香菇栽培生产技术研究、香菇采后加工技术研究和香菇菌渣循环利用技术的推广与应用工作.
Abstract
Based on the patent data of mushroom industry from 2000 to 2022,the patent technology develop-ment trend,patent technology theme,patent applicant composition and ranking,and the number of patent ap-plications in domestic provinces and cities were analyzed.The results showed that from 2000 to 2022,the num-ber of patent applications in the global mushroom industry showed a trend of slow decline period(2000 to 2006)-stable and rapid growth period(2007 to 2015)-stable period(2016 to 2018)-straight decline period(2019 to 2022).At present,patent applications in the global mushroom industry are mainly concentrated in the fields of planting and processing,and relatively few in the fields of breeding and bacterial residue utiliza-tion.Among the Top 10 institutions of mushroom patents,domestic institutions are the main ones.The number of patent applications for the mushroom industry in Guizhou ranked 9th in China,and the edible mushroom in-dustry entered the first echelon of the mushroom industry in China.The key technology of different development of mushroom strain breeding,the research of mushroom cultivation and production technology,the research of mushroom postharvest processing technology and the promotion and application of mushroom residue recycling technology were put forward.
