摘要
藜麦营养丰富,生态适应性广泛,抗逆能力强.云南省生产的藜麦具有优质、绿色、健康等特点,该省已建立了初级的藜麦种植、加工和销售网.但云南省藜麦产业仍面临着巨大挑战,需要加大种植示范推广面积与力度,加强宣传的范围和程度,着重培育龙头企业,进行品牌打造,实现产业升级.着重对云南省藜麦产业发展面临的困难进行了分析,提出了近期云南省藜麦产业发展的规划,为云南藜麦产业发展提供了新思路.
Abstract
Quinoa is rich in nutrients,which has a wide range of ecological adaptability and strong stress re-sistance.The quinoa produced in Yunnan Province has the characteristics of high quality,green,and health.A primary quinoa planting,processing,and sales network has been established in Yunnan,however,the quinoa industry still faced enormous challenges.It is necessary to increase the area and intensity of planting demonstra-tion and promotion,strengthen the scope and degree of publicity,focus on cultivating leading enterprises,carry out brand building,and achieve industrial upgrading.The difficulties faced by the development of Yunnan's quinoa industry were mainly analyzed.The plan for the recent development quinoa industry of Yunnan was pro-posed,providing new ideas for the development this industry.
