河北省种业发展现状及对策研究

摘要
种子质量是保证作物产量的基础和根基.河北省是典型的农业大省和用种大省,在耕地资源趋紧的情况下,种业发展成为提高作物单产水平的重要途径和手段.梳理河北省种业发展现状,分析与种业强省发展的差距与短板,提出相应发展对策建议,以期为河北省种业强省建设提供理论基础.
Abstract
Seed quality is the foundation for ensuring crop yield.Hebei Province is a typical agricultural and seed producing province.With the tightening of arable land resources,the development of seed industry has be-come an important way and means to improve crop yield levels.The current situation of seed industry develop-ment in Hebei Province was reviewed,the gap and shortcomings with the development of a strong seed industry province were analyzed,and the corresponding development strategies and suggestions were proposed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a strong seed industry province in Hebei Province.
