Development of Dairy Industry Supported by Supply Chain Finance in Baoding
Developing supply chain finance is an effective tool for solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.Taking the dairy industry in Baoding as the research object,a fuzzy pattern recognition model and uncertain analytic hierarchy process were used to construct a risk assessment system for the supply chain finance dairy industry in Baoding.Feasibility analysis was conducted on the development of dairy industry in Baoding under the intervention of supply chain finance.The results showed that the closeness between the supply chain vector of the dairy industry in Baoding and the financial risk level was 0.615,indicating that the financial risk of the dairy industry supply chain was low and can provide financial services.The countermeasures and suggestions such as continuously leveraging the leading role of enterprises,improving relevant laws and regulations,and establishing e-commerce platforms were proposed to promote the healthy development of dairy industry in Baoding.
