Analysis of High Yield,Stable Yield,Adaptability and Yield Component Factors of Yongyoumai 8838
In order to better understand the production characteristics of the new wheat variety Yongyoumai 8838 and provide assistance for its promotion and application, based on the results of three consecutive years of wheat consortium tests in Zhongzhou,Henan Province from 2018 to 2020(regional test in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020,and production test in 2019-2020),high-yield analysis was conducted using yield increase rate, stable yield analysis was conducted using coefficient of variation(CV)and high stability coefficient(HSC)methods, and adaptability analysis was conducted using fitness and regression coefficient methods. The results showed that in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 regional tests, and 2019-2020 production test, the yield of Yongyoumai 8838 increased by 6.78%,6.17%,and 6.97%compared to CK,respectively, and the differences reached a very significant level. The production CVs were 10.66%,9.42%,and 9.49%,respectively,which were relatively small. The HSC values were 86.72%,87.41%,and 86.56%,respectively,which were at a high level and were higher than CK.The fitness rates were 69.23%,71.40%,and 64.29%,respectively,which were relatively high. The average value of the yield regression coefficient was less than 1,and the difference with CK was not significant. The yield component factors of Yongyoumai 8838 were analyzed using CV,correlation coefficient, and meridian coefficient. The results showed that there was no significant negative correlation be-tween the two factors, and all three factors had a direct positive effect on yield formation, but their contribu-tion rates were not significantly different.Among them, the direct contribution rate of effective panicles to yield was the highest, followed by the number of grains per panicle, and the direct contribution rate of thou-sand grain weight to yield was the lowest.Yongy-oumai 8838 has good yield and stability, wide adapt-ability,and coordinated yield component factors of yield. In production,it is necessary to increase the number of grains per spike and increase the thousand grain weight on the basis of increasing the effective number of spikes to achieve high yield.
