Effects of Different Types of Bags on Fruit Quality of Flat Peach
In order to clarify the types of fruit bags for high-quality production of flat peach,two flat peach varieties Jinxiayoupan and Ruiyoupan 2 were used as experimental materials,the outer yellow and inner black double-layer bags and white single-layer bags were selected for fruit bagging treatment in early June.The effects of different types of fruit bags on the appearance and internal qualities of flat peach fruits were studied,with no bagging treatment as the control.The results showed that compared with the control without bagging,the single fruit weight and edible rate of the two flat peach varieties increased significantly after bagging,and the b*of peel increased and the a*of peel decreased during the ripening period.The brightness and smoothness of the fruit surface were effectively improved,and the degree of skin abrasion and fruit cracking significantly reduced.However,the hardness of fruit,the hardness of flesh,and the content of soluble solids were not significantly reduced.Among them,the effect of bagging the outer yellow and inner black double-layer bags was better than that of bagging the white single-layer bags.The effect of outer yellow and inner black double-layer bag on improving the appearance and internal qualities of flat peach fruit is better than that of white single-layer bag.The research results can provide theoretical reference for improving the quality of flat peach fruit,especially solving the problem of cracking in future production practice.
