0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂对葡萄生长指标、产量及品质的影响

本研究旨为评估0。136%赤·呼乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂对'巨峰'葡萄萌芽整齐度、果实大小、果穗长、果穗重、产量和品质的影响,并探索其在葡萄生产中的安全性和应用潜力。以'巨峰'葡萄为试材,采用茎叶喷雾法分别在葡萄萌动期、果实膨大初期、转色期各施药1次,以75%赤霉酸结晶粉、0。01%芸苔素内酯可溶液剂、1。2%吲哚丁酸水剂处理为单剂对照,以清水处理为空白对照,研究了不同浓度的0。136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂处理对葡萄生长指标、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:0。136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂在试验条件下对葡萄安全,不同浓度处理对葡萄生长指标和产量影响显著,对葡萄转色以及果实品质无显著影响;适宜浓度处理可有效提高萌芽整齐度、果实大小、单果重、果穗长和果穗重,显著降低大小粒指数,明显提高产量,其中处理Ⅳ(葡萄萌动期喷施0。136%赤·呼乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂1 750倍液,果实膨大初期、转色期均喷施3 750倍液)效果最好,处理Ⅲ(葡萄萌动期喷施0。136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂2 500倍液,果实膨大初期、转色期均喷施5 000倍液)较为经济,二者连续2 a较空白对照的增产率均达到10%以上。研究结果可为生产上使用0。136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂促进葡萄提质增产提供有效依据。
Effects of 0.136% Gibberellic Acid·Indol-3-Ylacetic Acid Brassinolide Wettable Powder on Grape Growth Indicators,Yield,and Quality
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide wettable powder on the germination uniformity,fruit size,fruit cluster length and weight,yield and quality of Kyoho grape,and to explore its safety and potential application in grape production.Kyoho grape was used as the test material,and the stem leaf spray method was used to apply plant growth regulators once at the germination stage,the early stage of fruit expansion,and the color changing stage respectively.The effects of 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide WP with different concentrations on the growth ini-cators,yield and quality of grape were studied with 75%gibberellic acid JJF,0.01%brassinolide SL,and 1.2%indobutyric acid AS as the single controls,and water treatment as the blank control.The results showed that 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide WP was safe to grape under the experimental condition.Different concentrations of treatment had a significant effect on grape growth indicators and yield,but had no significant effect on grape color changing and fruit quality.Appropriate concentration treatment can effec-tively improve germination uniformity,fruit size,single fruit weight,fruit cluster length and weight,significantly reduce berry size index,and significantly increase yield.Among them,treatment Ⅳ(spraying 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide WP 1 750 times solution at the germination stage,spray-ing 3 750 times solution at the early stage of fruit expansion and the color changing stage)had the best effect.Treatment Ⅲ(spraying 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide WP 2 500 times solution at the germination stage,spraying 5 000 times solu-tion at the early stage of fruit expansion and the color changing stage)was more economical,with a yield in-crease rate of more than 10%compared to the blank control for two consecutive years.The research results can provide effective basis for the use of 0.136%gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide WP in produc-tion to promote grape quality improvement and yield increase.
