Isolation,Identification and Diversity Analysis of Endophytic Fungi in Blueberries
Revealing the diversity of endophytic fungi in blueberries can lay a theoretical foundation for the de-velopment and utilization of endophytic fungal resources,as well as further exploration of the symbiotic relation-ship between endophytic fungi and blueberries.Using cultivated blueberry roots collected in Changbai Mountain in September 2022 and June 2023 as experimental materials, the endophytic fungi of blueberries were isolated and purified using plant tissue isolation method, and their colony morphology characteristics were studied. The ob-tained strains were identified using molecular biology identification method, and their distribution was analyzed. The results showed that a total of 136 strains were isolated from the samples, and 52 strains were preliminarily com-bined based on their colony morphology characteristics.According to the principle of sequence similarity,52 endo-phytic fungi belonged to 17 genera, including 1 genus of Oomycota,2 genera of Zygomycota, and 14 genera of Ascomycotina.Among them,Fusarium sp.were the dominant fungal group.27 endophytic fungi were isolated from the September samples, belonging to 12 genera, with Fusarium sp.being the dominant fungal group.25 endo-phytic fungi were isolated from June samples,belong-ing to 9 genera, with Fusarium sp.being the domi-nant fungal group. The symbiotic time of different en-dophytic fungi varied during the growth cycle of blue-berries,and the diversity of endophytic fungi in blueberries was higher in September than in June.
