Parasitic Effect of Trichogramma dendrolimi Density on Grapholita molesta Eggs under Different Parasitic Wasp Egg Ratios
In order to clarity the parasitic effect of Trichogramma dendrolimion on Grapholita molesta eggs un-der different parasitic wasp egg ratios, the parasitism rate, search effect and emergence rate were examined un-der different parasitic wasp egg ratios(1∶5,1∶10,1∶15,1∶20 and 1∶30)in the laboratory. The results showed that, with the increase of egg feeding ratio, the parasitism rate gradually reduced, while the search effect raised firstly and then reduced.Among which, the parasitism rate was the highest when the parasitic wasp egg ratio was 1∶5,and the search effect was the highest when the parasitic wasp egg ratio was 1∶20,and the difference was significant to other treatments. The offspring emergence rate of T.dendrolimi gradually raised, when the parasitic wasp egg ratio was 1∶(5-15),the difference was not significantly.Based on the comprehensive parasitism rate, search effect and offspring emergence rate, when the parasitic wasp egg ratio was 1∶(10-15),the search ef-fect and parasitism rate were better. The results could provide a theoretical basis for the field application of T.dendrolimi.
