摘要

评价新疆农业现代化发展水平和制约因素,提出推进农业现代化的实施路径和发展策略,为新发展阶段新疆加快推进农业现代化和全面推进乡村振兴提供决策参考.选取2018-2020年新疆14个市州农业现代化发展的面源数据,构建农业现代化发展水平测度指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析评估新疆的农业现代化发展水平.结果表明:农村社会水平因子对农业现代化发展影响最大;阿克苏地区和喀什地区的农业现代化水平明显高于其他地区.提出加强农村基础设施建设、提高农业劳动者素质、推动农作物的种植结构调整、加速农机装备的更新换代以及加大政策扶持的对策建议,推进新疆农业现代化发展.

Abstract

Evaluating the development level and constraints of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang and pro-posing the implementation paths and development strategies to promote agricultural modernization could provide decision-making references for accelerating agricultural modernization and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in Xinjiang in the new development stage.The non-point source data on agricultural modernization development in 14 cities and prefectures in Xinjiang from 2018 to 2020 were selected,the measurement index system for agricultural modernization development level was constructed,and the level of agricultural moderniza-tion development in Xinjiang were evaluated using factor analysis and cluster analysis.The results indicated that the factor of rural social level had the greatest impact on the development of agricultural modernization.The level of agricultural modernization in Aksu and Kashgar regions was significantly higher than in other regions.The countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen rural infrastructure construction,improve the quality of agri-cultural workers,promote the adjustment of crop planting structure,accelerate the upgrading of agricultural ma-chinery and equipment,and increase policy support were proposed to promote the modernization of agriculture in Xinjiang.
