In the Internet era,the rapid development of information technology has created a more hidden and vir-tualised cyberspace for the breeding of pyramid selling crimes.Network pyramid scheme criminal acts with strong concealment,law enforcement difficulties,behavioural specialization,very confusing,low cost of crime,involving a wide range of geographic areas,the means of complexity,identification difficulties and other basic features,ac-cording to which from the level of judicial practice to network pyramid scheme criminal act regulation is very neces-sary.The current network marketing offence judicial practice exists in the organisation of the identification of hierar-chical standards have to be clear,the identification of the form of complicity there is uncertainty,the criminal law community for the deception of different views,the overlap of the crime affects the results of the number of crimes,etc.,the article from the intention to clarify the illegal cognitive object;the identification of accomplices,the net-work marketing complicity in the legal responsibility of the clarity of the clear boundaries,the scientific division of the network marketing crime and legitimate experience;the number of offences identified,to avoid the judicial ap-plication of the existence of errors and other aspects of the proposed effective practice path.
