High-quality public services are related to high-quality development.The article analyzes the develop-ment trend of high-quality public services in China's cities using panel data from 280 cities from 2000 to 2020.First,using human capital as output and government public service provision as input,the DEA-Malmquist model is used to calculate the total factor productivity of urban public services as an indicator of the level of high-quality public service provision,and regional differences in the equalization of China's high-quality public services are an-alyzed through the Dagum Gini coefficient.It is found that there are significant differences in the convergence speed of equalization of high-quality public services in China in 2012,and the convergence speed is faster after 2012.Based on the above analysis,policy recommendations are given to promote the equalization of high-quality public services.
