Based on the 457 publications of CNKI from 1986 to 2022 by the visualized software CiteSpace Ⅵ,this paper analyzes the development state,the cooperation between scholars and between institutions,and the research hotspots of domestic studies on courtroom discourse.It is found that:(1)Domestic studies on courtroom discourse have been developing for 36 years,and they have gone through four stages of development:the slow-development period(1986-2003),the rapid-development period(2004-2010),the prosperous-development period(2011-2018)and the calm-development period(2019-2022).(2)Scholars and institutions have a strong ca-pacity for independent scientific research,but the cooperation between scholars,between institutions and between countries is less.(3)The research hotspots in domestic studies on courtroom discourse lie in the field of pragmat-ics,focusing on the study of language ontology in courtroom discourse,among which the criminal trials have attrac-ted huge attention;however,the theoretical innovation and the research on gender and power in courtroom dis-course are insufficient.
