摘要
意识形态与国家治理能力之间呈现出一体两面的关系,是相互贯通相互联系的有机整体,共同服务于新时代中国特色社会主义建设的伟大实践.长期以来不平衡不充分的发展使得不同阶层的社会群体表现出不同的行为模式、价值观念和利益诉求,在一定程度上造成了社会的割裂,进而转向为对主导社会利益分配的公共部门的不信任感,有害的社会思潮也趁虚而入,对国家治理能力形成了巨大的挑战.意识形态以其共识凝聚、舆论引导、和谐构建的功能,要通过发挥对党的建设支撑作用;发扬民主集中制;不断推进党的理论创新;创新意识形态传播载体等四条实践进路为意识形态建设引领国家治理现代化赋能助力.
Abstract
The relationship between ideology and national governance capacity is two aspects of a whole.They are interconnected and interconnected organic whole,jointly serving the great practice of building socialism with Chi-nese characteristics in the new era.The long-term imbalanced and insufficient development has led to different so-cial groups from different social classes exhibiting different behavior patterns,values,and interest demands,which has to some extent caused social fragmentation and led to people's distrust of the public sector that dominates the distribution of social benefits.Harmful social ideologies also pose significant challenges to the country's governance capacity.Ideology has the function of consolidating consensus,guiding public opinion,and building a harmonious society.So,we believe that by leveraging the supportive role of ideology in party building,promoting democratic centralism,continuously advancing theoretical innovation of the party,and innovating ideological communication carriers can promote the modernization of national governance.
