摘要
近年来,中国面临经济结构转型的关键时期,并进入增长放缓的新常态;南非实行去工业化政策以来,政府的"黑人经济强化政策"一直备受质疑;俄罗斯自乌克兰危机以来,持续遭受西方经济制裁;巴西的国内政治斗争导致了社会动荡;印度徘徊在"印太战略"的权力角逐之中.世界经济不确定性增大,贸易保护主义层出不穷,但金砖五国以往在贸易合作、会议交流等方面积极互动,展现出了良好的合作前景和战略定力.金砖五国未来应作为世界和平的维护者,贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,促进国际分工体系和全球价值链的优化重塑.
Abstract
China is facing a critical period of economic structural transformation,and has entered a new normal of slower growth in recent years.Since the implementation of deindustrialization policy in South Africa,the govern-ment's"black economic strengthening policy"has been questioned.Russia has been subjected to Western eco-nomic sanctions since the Ukraine crisis.Brazil's domestic political struggles have led to social unrest;India is in the midst of a power struggle for its Indo-Pacific strategy.Despite growing uncertainties in the world economy and emerging trade protectionism,the five BRICS countries have actively interacted in trade cooperation,meetings and exchanges in the past,showing good prospects for cooperation and strategic determination.In the future,BRICS countries should uphold world peace,follow the vision of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared develop-ment,and promote the optimization and reshaping of the international division of labor and global value chain.
