The official management of village cadres is an administrative management of village cadres,which is a change to the traditional management of village cadres.The focus of the dispute in the academic circle is the rela-tionship between administration and autonomy.Based on the transformation of rural social foundation and the trans-formation of national grass-roots governance,this paper analyzes the generation logic of village cadres'official management,and probes into the implementation path of village cadres'official management from the perspective of administrative assistant autonomy.The administrative subsidence brought about by the administration of public of-fice has constructed a formal incentive system for the rural society,trained professional village-governing talents,and effectively made up for the lack of rural autonomy,which is in line with the expectation of the modernization transformation of grass-roots governance.
