In order to promote the modernization of local governance,improving digital literacy has gradually be-come a required course for China's cadres.At present,some leading cadres still lack of digital literacy,there are weak awareness of digital technology and lack of skills,it is urgent to improve the mastery of basic knowledge and the ability to use digital technology.In view of this,this paper takes the current digital literacy of leading cadres as the research object,on the current situation of leading cadres,causes and challenges of digital ability to make anal-ysis and countermeasures,forming a set of digital training theoretical mode and practical path,for the new era of cadre team construction of this major topic provides a beneficial exploration.
