In the digital age,digital transformation is the premise and foundation of"speaking with data".Based on its convenient auxiliary functions,the online trial method escorts the digital transformation of the city.At present,China's administrative online trial system is mainly regulated by relevant judicial interpretations,the annual total number of cases is scattered,and there are large differences in the number of administrative cases.At present,the relevant system of administrative online trials has some problems,such as low legal rank,incomplete procedural rules,unclear scope of application and insufficient protection of rights.To improve the administrative online trial system,we can consider including the relevant rules of administrative online trial to the compilation process of ad-ministrative code to enhance the legal status,standardize the procedures of administrative online trial to refine the rules of administrative trial,encourage the implementation of administrative online trial to expand its scope of appli-cation and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the counterparty to strengthen the protection of rights.
