摘要
三产融合已成为我国农村经济发展的重要抓手和新的经济增长点,但目前我国农村三产融合发展也存在一些问题,譬如龙头企业少、带动性不足、公共基础设施薄弱、资金需求缺口很大、利益联结不紧密、农民积极性不高等.为了深化农村三产融合,未来应加大政策扶持力度,改善农村基础设施,培育农业新型经营主体,加强农村产业人才建设,完善农村三产融合协调机制,适时调整政策,做好保障措施.
Abstract
Industrial integration has become an important lever and new economic growth point for the development of rural economy in China,However,at present,there are also many problems with the integrated development of rural industries in China,For example,there are fewer leading enterprises,lack of driving force,weak public in-frastructure,There is a significant gap in funding demand,loose interest linkage,low enthusiasm of farmers,etc.In order to deepen the integration of rural industries,we should increase policy support in the future,Improving ru-ral infrastructure,cultivate new agricultural management entities,strengthen the construction of rural industrial tal-ents,improve the coordination mechanism for the integration of rural industries,innovation policy services,adjus-ting policy protection methods.
