Research on the Impact of Supply Chain Digitization on Enterprise Innovation
With the penetration and integration of digital technology and supply chain,the innovation effect of supply chain digitalization has become an important issue at the enterprise level.Focusing on the changes brought about by digitalization,this paper takes supply chain innovation and ap-plication pilot as A quasi-natural experiment,and empirically tests the impact of supply chain digitalization on enterprise innovation based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022.The results show that supply chain digitization can effectively promote firm innovation,but this effect mainly affects immaterial patent innovation,and does not significantly affect firm substantive patent innovation.Further,the enterprise innovation effect of supply chain digitization is mainly realized through the mechanism of labor empowerment,management empowerment and learn-ing empowerment.Heterogeneity test results show that for enterprises in areas with low supply chain closeness,high industry competition and strong intellectual property protection,supply chain digitalization has a more significant promoting effect on enterprise innovation.Further analysis shows that supply chain digitalization can reduce enterprise innovation input,improve enterprise innovation efficiency,and achieve high-quality develop-ment by promoting enterprise innovation.The conclusions of this paper provide reliable empirical evidence and policy implications for the optimiza-tion of supply chain digital development and the promotion of enterprise innovation.
