数字社会以其特有的运行逻辑引发从经济模式到法律规则、思维方式等各领域的深度变革,也使新的社会参与主体——数字公民的培育问题日益受到关注.数字公民是因"人"的数字化问题应运而生的,是对数字社会的现实回应.法律属性和教育属性是数字公民的两大核心属性.数字技能、数字规则和数字安全构成了数字公民的核心素养.传授数字化生活的基本知识与技能、加强数字法律教育、培育数字化思维和理念是数字公民教育的主要内容.在数字公民教育的实施路径上,总体方案是实现家庭教育-学校教育-社会教育的有效联动,施策重点是发挥学校教育在数字公民教育上的主渠道作用.
Digital Society,Digital Citizens and Digital Citizenship Education——Cultivating Social Participants in the Digital Age
The digital society,with its unique operational logic,has triggered profound changes in various fields such as economic models,legal rules and ways of thinking.This has brought the issue of cultivating digital citizens increasing attention.Digital citizens came into being in response to the digital problem of human,which is a realistic response to the digital society.Legal attribute and educational attribute are the two core attrib-utes of digital citizens.Digital skills,digital rules and digital security are the core literacy of digital citizens.The main content of digital citizenship education is to impart basic knowledge and skills of digital life,strengthen digital legal education and cultivate digital thinking and ideas.The over-all plan for digital citizenship education is to achieve effective linkage between family education,school education and social education.The focus of digital citizenship education is to play the role of the main channel of school education.
