The Predictive Value of the Expression Levels of CK20,CDX2 and CK7 in Colorectal Cancer Postoperative Efficacy and Prognosis
Objective To explore the predictive value of CK20,CDX2,CK7 tissue expression levels for postoperative cu-rative effect and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods The basic data of 60 patients with colorectal cancer were collected and analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent radical resection of rectal cancer.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CK20,CDX2 and CK7 in tumor tissues, and the patients were followed up for one year.By reexamining colonoscopy, the patients were divided into a good prognosis group(n=26)and a poor prognosis group(n=34)ac-cording to whether the tumor recurred or metastasized after operation.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Results Compared with before operation, after operation, the positive expression rates of CK20 and CK7 in colorectal cancer(80.00%,83.33%)de-creased,but the positive expression rate of CDX2(76.66%)increased(P<0.05).The Logistic regression model showed that the mass size(P=0.034,OR=1.411),CK20(P=0.024,OR=1.850),CDX2(P=0.013,OR=1.540),CK7(P=0.012,OR=1.540).Conclusion The expression levels of CK20,CDX2 and CK7 play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer, and have certain clinical application value in evaluating the postoperative curative effect and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
