Study on Effect of Different Atomization Dosing Sequences on the Wheezing Relief Time of Infants with Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effects of different atomization dosing sequences on the asthmatic remission time of Infantile Asthmatic Pneumonia, and to provide theoretical basis for improving nursing operation process.Method A total of 475children with asthmatic pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria were randomLy divided into two groups. The children in both groups were treated according to the consensus of experts in the diagnosis and treatment of children's asthmatic pneu-monia.The observation group was treated with atomization inhalation, first adding 2mL normal saline to lubricate the wall of the atomization cup and shaking it well, and then adding other atomization drugs. In the control group, conventional atomiza-tion drug dosing method was used.To compare the time of beginning relief of wheezingand the time of complete disappear-ance of wheezing, the average atomization time and tube plugging time of the first atomization cup during use. Results The time of remission and complete disappearance of wheezing in the observation group was earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average atomization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the use time of the atomization cup was significantly prolonged, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion During atomization inhalation treatment, add normal saline to lubricate the inner wall of the atomization cup, which can shorten the atomization time of children, ensure the atomization effect, significantly shorten the wheezing time of children, and prolong the service life of the atomization cup.
