Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Low-frequency Combined with High-frequency Ultrasound in Gallbladder Polypoid Lesions
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of low-frequency combined with high-frequency ultrasound in gallbladder polypoid lesions(PLG),in order to provide scientific basis for accurately formulating prevention and treatment strategies in clinical practice. Methods 93 PLG patients were selected as the survey subjects, all of whom underwent low-frequency ultrasound,low-frequency combined high-frequency ultrasound examination, and surgical pathology examination.Record the surgical pathological results, count the detection results of PLG by low-frequency ultrasound alone or low-fre-quency combined high-frequency ultrasound, and use the surgical pathological results as the gold standard for PLG diagnosis.Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of low-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency combined high-frequency ultrasound in de-tecting PLG,and analyze the consistency between the results of low-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency combined high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosing PLG and the pathological results. Results Among the 93 PLG patients,77(82.80%)were found to be benign PLG and 16(17.20%)were found to be malignant PLG through surgical and pathological examination; The diagnostic sensitivity of low-frequency combined high-frequency ultrasound examination for PLG(93.75%)was slightly higher than that of low-frequency ultrasound examination alone(75.00%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The diagnostic specificity(92.21%)and accuracy(92.47%)of low-frequency combined high-frequency ultrasound examination for PLG were higher than those of low-frequency ultrasound examination alone(71.43%,72.04%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05);The consistency between low-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of PLG and surgical pathological results was poor(Kappa=0.321,P=0.000),while the combination of low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of PLG showed high consistency with surgical pathological results(Kappa=0.765,P=0.000).Conclusion The application value of low-frequency combined with high-frequency ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of PLG is high, which can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and provide accurate basis for clinical prevention and treatment strategies.
