摘要
目的 探讨药物四联对幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃溃疡疗效.方法 选取胃溃疡患者 100 例,随机法分为对照组(50 例,三联疗法)和观察组(50 例,四联疗法).对比疗效、HP根除复阳率、胃肠激素、症状积分、不良反应率.结果 观察组疗效、HP根除率高于对照组,不良反应率、HP复阳率低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组胃肠激素、症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 药物四联治疗HP相关性胃溃疡效果好,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of drug quadruple on Helicobacter pylori(HP)-associated gastric ulcer.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,triple therapy)and observation group(50 cases,quadrutherapy).The therapeutic effect,HP eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone,symptom score and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The curative effect and eradication rate of HP in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group,the adverse reaction rate and recovery rate of HP were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in gastrointestinal hormone and symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the in-dexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug quadruple treatment of HP-associated gastric ulcer is effective and worth popularizing.
