摘要
目的 研究辨证行为疗法对心脏移植术后精神障碍患者认知情绪、心理弹性水平及免疫功能状态的影响.方法 选取87 例心脏移植术后精神障碍患者随机分组,对照组 43 例给予常规干预,观察组 44 例增加辨证行为疗法,2 周后,对比两组患者认知情绪、心理弹性水平、免疫功能状态、生活质量.结果 观察组干预后,消极情绪调节策略评分低于对照组,积极情绪调节策略评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后,心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD)CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后,认知功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 辨证行为疗法能够有效改善心脏移植术后精神障碍患者认知情绪和心理弹性水平,有利于增强免疫功能,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of dialectical behavior therapy on cognitive emotion,mental resilience and immune function in patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation.Methods 87 patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation in our hospital were randomly assigned,43 cases in the control group were given routine intervention,and 44 cases in the observation group were added dialectical behavior therapy.2 weeks later,cognitive emotion,mental re-silience,immune function status and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the negative emotion regulation strategy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pos-itive emotion regulation strategy score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of CD-RISC in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);After intervention,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and CD8+levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cognitive function,psychological function and physical function in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical behavior therapy can effective-ly improve the cognitive emotion and mental resilience of patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation,which is conducive to enhancing immune function and improving quality of life.
