Study on the correlation between the use of ovulation stimulating drugs and the occurrence of VTE during pregnancy and perinatal period
Objective To explore the correlation between the use of ovulation promoting drugs and the occurrence of VTE during pregnancy and perinatal period. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women were selected as research objects, and 46 pregnant women with VTE were classified as VTE group and 154 pregnant women without VTE were classified as non-VTE group according to the occurrence of VTE.The effects of relevant factors on the occurrence of VTE in the general data of pregnant women were compared, and the results of clinical indicators of pregnant women in the two groups were compared, and the use of ovulation promoting drugs and the correlation between clinical indicators and the occurrence of VTE were analyzed. Results There were significant differences between VTE group and non-VTE group in age, number of births,BMI,history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of thrombosis and use of ovulation promoting drugs, and the risk factors of perinatal VTE were averaged(P<0.05).The results of TM,PIC and TAT in VTE group were higher than those in non-VTE group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the use of ovulation stimulating drugs,TM,PIC and TAT were positively correlated with the occurrence of VTE(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with old age, multiple births, high body weight, history of hypertension, diabetes, history of thrombosis and use of ovulation promoting drugs have a higher risk of VTE during pregnancy and perinatal period, and there are significant differences in clinical laboratory indicators between pregnant women with VTE and pregnant women without VTE.Use of ovulation stimulating drugs, laboratory markers TM,PIC and TAT are important independent risk factors for the development of perinatal VTE.
