The Effect of Remazolam and Esketamine Combined Anesthesia on Cognitive Function in Patients Undergoing Painless Gastroscopy
Objective To investigate the application value of Remimazolam besylate combined with Esmketamine in painless gastroscopy anesthesia. Methods Retrospectively collected data from 148 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy were divided into the reference group(n=74)and the study group(n=74)according to the anesthesia regimen. Those anesthetized with esketamine were included in the reference group, and those anesthetized with remazolam benzenesulfonate combined with esketamine were included in the study group. The anesthesia effect(time of awakening from anesthesia, time of stay in recovery room)and the use of propofol were compared between the two groups. The vital signs(heart rate, mean arterial pressure)levels of the two groups were compared after entering the endoscopic room(T0),1 min after administration(T1),at the time of endoscopic implantation(T2),and at the end of withdrawal(T3).Taking T0,15 min after awakening and 30 min after awakening as time nodes, the cognitive function score of the two groups was compared. The levels of stress reaction indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),cortisol(COR),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after examination were compared between the two groups. Results The time of awakening from anesthesia and remaining in the recovery room in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the additional dose and total dosage of propofol in the study group were less than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the heart rate and mean arterial pressure levels at T1 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and the heart rate and mean arterial pressure levels at T2 and T3 were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the cognitive function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group 15 minutes after awakening(P<0.05);after examination,SOD level in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of Cor and MDA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.11%,compared with 5.41%in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Remazolam besylate combined with Esmketamine can improve the quality of anesthesia for painless gastroscopy, maintain the stability of life indications, reduce stress reaction injury, cognitive dysfunction, reduce the dosage of general anesthesia, and ensure the safety of anesthesia.
