The Dilemma and Countermeasures in the Cultivation of Foreign-Related Legal Talents in Local Colleges and Universities——Taking "the Belt and Road" Construction as the Background
With our country actively accelerating the pace of opening to the outside world,foreign legal affairs get increasingly complex and diversified,and there is a sharply increasing demand for foreign legal talents.However,the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents in local colleges and universities is faced with the dilemma of insufficient teaching resources,imperfect construction of teaching staff,unscientific course offering,unrefined training mechanism,and incomplete collaborative training.For training foreign-related legal talents,local colleges and universities are suggested to take the following countermeasures under the background of coordinating the"two overall situations"involving domestic and international rule of law:consolidating the training foundation,improving the training mechanism,and improving the training quality and effect while meeting the social demand for foreign-related legal talents.
