Weakening and Strengthening of National Policy Performance:On the Policy of Fishing Ban in the Yangtze River Basin
The policy of fishing ban in the Yangtze River Basin has become a national policy which affects the livelihood of the fishermen in the Yangtze River Basin.However,many factors may influence the implementation of national policies which is closely related to the connotation of policy performance.The implementation of the fishing ban in local areas can clearly reflect the change of grassroots interests.To this end,a systematic mechanism should be established to cope with changes in policy implementation and performance,so that the"10-year fishing ban"and the fishermen's sustainable livelihoods in the Yangtze River Basin can be ensured.
