The Influence of Community Workers on the Reconstruction of Urban Community Public Cultural Space——A Case Study Based on L Community
The optimization and reconstruction of urban community public cultural space is the necessary meaning of deepening the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of community governance and building a community governance community.With the refinement of social division of labor and the degradation of social consciousness of solidarity,the"traditional community of life"has gradually broken down,leading to the phenomenon of weak community consciousness,estrangement of neighbors,and weakening of emotional communication.From the perspective of community workers,based on the practice model of Suzhou L community,this paper discusses the realization logic of reconstructing public cultural space in urban communities,and analyzes the internal mechanism of community communication community.The results show that the reconstruction of public cultural space in urban community should take the following measures for realizing the community communication community characterized by human emotional value:taking community workers as the action subject;regarding service consciousness,mobilization ability and quality level of community workers as the driving force for the reconstruction of community public cultural space;reconstructing urban community public cultural space from the five dimensions:objective positioning,subject relationship,resource maintenance,party building guidance,participation and promotion.
