摘要
以2000-2021年国内核心期刊刊发的565条论文为数据源,基于科学知识图谱,对领域研究的时间、机构、作者等外部特征和研究脉络、主题演化等内部特征进行综合分析.研究发现,国内领导风格的研究主体较为分散,合作较为松散,萌芽期侧重于经典领导风格理论的研究;发展期关注中国情境下领导风格与组织绩效的关系;成熟期关注新兴领导风格对企业创新和员工创新的影响.领导风格与创新绩效、心理授权的关系,以及中国情境下的双元领导、女性领导特质等是未来研究热点.
Abstract
By studying the literature on leadership style published by domestic core journals from 2000 to 2021,this paper intends to reveal the research evolution path and hot spots of leadership style,comprehensively analyzes the external characteristics such as quantity and time distribution,insinuation distribution,author cooperation,as well as the internal characteristics such as research context and theme evolution.The results indicate that the research points are relatively scattered and the research cooperation on domestic leadership styles is relatively loose.The research has different focuses at different periods:with the focus on the study of classical leadership style theory during the embryonic period,on the relationship between leadership style and organizational performance in the Chinese context during the developmental period,and on the impact of emerging leadership styles on enterprise innovation and employee innovation at the mature stage.The future research hotspots will focus on the relationship between leadership style and innovation performance,psychological empowerment,as well as the study of ambidextrous leadership and female leadership traits in Chinese contexts.
