A Preliminary Study on the Characteristics of Using Meta discourse Markers in Children Aged 3-7 Years
Meta-discourse is not an essential component of language,but it still appears in children's language.As a medium to show the interactive relationship between the text and the text,and between the author and the reader,metadiscourse markup is a key theory in the study of children's language development.Through recording and self-built language database,this paper analyzes the performance of metadiscourse in the language of children at different ages,and explores the characteristics in using metadiscourse markers.
