Guided by the concept of innovative development,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes a series of new perspectives and methods for developing ethnic relations.He adheres to the guiding role of the fundamental methodology of Marxism and proposes specific methodologies such as family theory,two handed theory,ethnic community theory,difference theory,human heart theory,and blending theory to guide the innovation of ethnic relations.This systematic methodology has greatly expanded the theoretical vision and practical scope of Marxist methodology,opening up a new realm of Marxist methodology,and providing scientific guidelines and methods for the cultivation of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community and the successful promotion of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on national relations has important theoretical and methodological guiding significance for improving the discourse system of socialist national theory and policy with Chinese characteristics,for enhancing its international influence and appeal,and for breaking through the dilemma of world national problems.
