摘要
实现"双碳"目标低碳产业将发挥重要作用.数字经济正成为经济发展的新动能.与低碳产业融合将促进低碳产业数字化转型,这既是实现"双碳"目标的重要手段,也是实现低碳产业高质量发展的内在要求.在需求、利润、政策三方面机制作用下,低碳产业向数字化转型发展.由于低碳产业数字化发展处于起步阶段,在政策、数字基础设施、技术、资金方面存在问题.低碳产业数字化发展应发挥政府的引领作用,在基础设施建设、金融支撑、数字核心方面加大投入,并加强市场导向,全面发展低碳数字化.
Abstract
The low-carbon industry will play an important role in fulfilling the goal of"carbon parking and carbon neutrality".Digital economy is becoming a new driving force for economic development.The integration of digital economy and low-carbon industry will promote the digital transformation of low-carbon industry,which is not only an important means to achieve the goal of"carbon parking and carbon neutrality",but also an internal requirement for low-carbon industry to achieve high-quality development.Under the three mechanisms of demand,profit and policy,the low-carbon industry is transforming to digital development.As the digital development of low-carbon industry is in its infancy,there are problems in policy,digital infrastructure,technology and capital.On this basis,the digital development of low-carbon industries should give play to the leading role of the government,increase investment in infrastructure construction,financial support,digital core,and strengthen market orientation,and comprehensively develop low-carbon digitalization.
