Influencing Factors and Optimization Paths of Supply Chain Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises under the Background of Low Carbon
Under the background of"carbon peak","carbon neutral",Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises is facing many problems in the supply chain transformation,involving the government system,capital cost,low-carbon technological innovation,supply chain emission reduction ability and so on.For addressing the problems existing in the supply chain of equipment manufacturing industry,this paper comprehensively summarizes six factors of influencing the supply chain transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises,namely,government system,low-carbon consciousness,capital cost,low carbon cooperation,energy structure,and innovative technology.According to the external environment of the enterprise and the enterprise's own development,the six factors are divided into exogenous factors and endogenous factors.Based on systematic analysis of influencing factors,this paper puts forward the paths of optimizing the supply chain of low-carbon transformation and upgrading fir equipment manufacturing industry enterprises.
