The Impact of Logistics Service Capability on Consumers'Payment Willingness in the Online Retail Environment
With the continuous development of network information technology in China,people have recognized the online retail service model.However,from the perspective of cost analysis and customer needs,the logistics speed in logistics services is not necessarily as fast as possible.In addition,return and exchange services in online retail have very high probability of complaints,which largely results from consumer dissatisfaction with their services.For the present,online retailers and logistics service companies don't have enough ability of attract consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the differences in logistics service demands of different commodity consumers,and to study the impact of logistics service capabilities on consumers'payment willingness in the online retail environment.
